About this author

Born and raised in Pescara, Luciano Di Gregorio spent his teen years in Melbourne, Australia, before returning to his native Italy, where he spent much of his 20s. After extensive travel, across most continents, he became a secondary school English and foreign languages teacher and is now based in Hong Kong, working at an international school, while continuing to edit and write for various magazines and newspapers. Luciano is fluent in three languages – Italian, English and Spanish – and dabbles in French and Japanese. When not in Hong Kong, he spends his time travelling, or back home – be that Melbourne or Abruzzo.
