Local author Mike Bagshaw will be at Hoppers Bookshop Malton on Friday 30 July to launch his new guide Slow North Yorkshire.
 
Come along and enjoy a glass of wine while learning more about North Yorkshire the slow way.

Traveler Terpening, author of Alaska, will show slides, videos and tell stories about adventuring and commercial fishing in his home state of Alaska. After working for others as a commercial fishing crewmember on and off since he was 15 years old, Traveler now fishes for himself in a remote part of Alaska. Additionally, Traveler has explored the state extensively as a writer and photographer. Traveler's guidebook will be available.
